The Kalamazoo Area Transportation Study (KATS) is the Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) for Kalamazoo County and is required by federal legislation to provide coordinated transportation planning for urban populations between 50,000 and 200,000.
Projects: Originally approved in June, 2007, the FY 2008 - 2011 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) is amended frequently to reflect changes to projects occurring in Kalamazoo County.
